Haha. I figured. I got these Five: AD wheels just a week or so ago. I wanted these back when they were around $2K for a set, but found out they are getting rid of everything at 50% off to make room for their new products.

Pretty sure I saw @Shneegle in the UNT parking lot, while trying to find a spot for my graduation yesterday.

Nice. Wish I had gotten a better look at it. It's funny - my FR-S was having some paint touch-up done so the Sky could have actually caught up to take a look. After driving that thing, FI is very tempting for my 86. The little Sky's handling is very grippy but it wears you out after a bit whereas the 86 is so easy to toss around - I can burn through a whole tank of gas on the twisties before I'm close to tired. But damn does that little booger press you back into the seat when you stomp on the gas. /me checks his car upgrade fund.....

Eh, FI seems like more trouble than it's worth. Takes so much money in supporting mods and a good tuner. Just look at the cars for sale section and you'll see a crapload of FI 86's for sale that fail to mention, "my engine is about to go".

I almost went supercharged then my wedding came up and got rid of it. I probably won't end up doing it because the car is running so extremely well with bolt ons and a nice remote tune after doing ~50 logs of pulls and normal driving. Plus, having the thought of needing to replace an engine if something goes wrong.... an expense I don't want to have to pay.

Yeah, my brain knows that is right which is why I only have light mods on mine. But the butt dyno sure gets a kick out of that crazy little roadster when the 23psi kicks in
For now I just hope I don't get spotted. The paint peeling is fixed but man my car looks horrible with no hood badge - it has a lovely flat spot with 2 holes in it. I'm waiting a bit for the paint to cure before putting the badge on - the reason the paint came off in the first place is that they had done some paint work on my front bumper and must have slapped the badge on right away. So when I went to remove it last week, the paint was stuck to the badge much stronger than to the car itself and it lifted right off the car At least they warranty their work so they had to fix it for free.

Saw a sick frs turning onto luna rd as I was heading to Dallas. It was a white with a wicked white spoiler with black dashes on it.
