Ha. Not really. Normally the first session of the day the roof feels a little shorter than I'd like, but after that it's not a problem. I just put in a Sparco seat, too, so that should help just a little bit, too.

FWIW, I can hit 86 MPH going up 7 on 225 SX2s. If I do it right I'm flat in fourth gear from just after turn-in to braking for 8.

Based on everyone's comments, 17x8 it is. Thanks, all.

Damn. I just checked Track Addict and it looks like last time I topped out there at about 81.5, on wider and stickier tires. Thanks for giving me something specific to work on next time out! That's talking in the turn itself; 86 at the top, right before getting on the brakes.

How pinched are they? Would you mind posting a close-up pic?

Either way, I am looking forward to trying e85 on track. I've got a tank of it in for the first time now, and just getting on the freeway it feels a little stronger.
According to my data, I'm hitting 85.9mph through T7. Touch 90mph at the top of T7 before going into T8.

Nice! Thanks for the info. It will be good to have a specific place to try and carry a little more speed/pick up a little time next time out.
