I had ordered a 75mm pulley from Harrop USA. They didn't have the belts. I got an invoice for wire transfers, but did a credit card transaction over the phone with Chris. I like the Gatorback style belts, so I am going to see if I can find a 4060960 version and see if it'll fit. Technically, it is only a 5mm difference in length.

Just for reference: I found stock numbers for Continental OE/Elite belts in 4060960 (96.0''), 4060965 (96.5''), 4060967 (96.7''), 4060969 (96.9'') and 4060970 (97.0''). No other in between sizes. Looks like the Gatorback (old Goodyear) and Elite models might be phasing out.

Here’s the belt part numbers. I’ve been running continental belts that have been great.

75mm pulley 6PK2445
85mm pulley 6PK2453
90mm pulley 6PK2465

I got a 2440 one. 5mm difference. I’ll have to see if it works on the 75mm pulley just as good.

What’s the best oil cooler for the kit besides the Harrop oil cooler?

I run a HKS cooler mounted behind the fog light area on the right front.
I found a set of non fog light plastic grills, and cut away all the plastic between the "grills" for max air flow, and then vented behind the cooler into the front wheel well.
I've also fitted a small electric fan (wired into the water cooling fan circuit) to help during lower speeds.

Guys! It's 50 state emissions legal now! They just dropped the news on their instagram. I can't find any other reference to it being CARB approved though. I imagine websites and other media will be updated shortly.

The 2440mm fits fine with room to spare on the 75mm.

85mm is probably the limits on 93. You could do 75mm, but I don’t know how safe it would be or how much overhead there would be for pulling timing. There would be minimal gains changing the pulleys from 85mm to 75mm on 93, so any tuning for 93 would only be there in case you were stranded without E85.

A boost controller would be better, IMO, than having to change pulleys or having to pull large amounts of timing, but there is still extra heat generated from over-spinning the blower.

It will cost more but ecutek cam controll the factory bypass valve. You could have a low boost map that operates bleeding boost. Or your can opt for a 3 port and bleed boost through port #3.

There is also a way of doing this with a boost controller or even easy pro's gauge controller which os specifically for that.
