There's an 05 S2K with 8,000 miles at a local dealer. Asking $43,000.

Theres a dealership here still trying to sell their 2 new 2020 86's for way more than MSRP. (nearly 50k CAD for a MT GT with some TRD accessories, 38k CAD for a GT automatic) Its been like that for much of the last year and a half (possibly longer) lol.

They dont seem to realize those cars arent even worth that much (no amount of added TRD accessories can make an 86 cost close to 50 grand)
I just find it funny to still see those cars listed there without a price drop...let alone a price correction.

Considering that 2022s base is the same as the outgoing model, they're going to sit there all summer until the new models come in, and then they will be lucky to get MSRP for them.

going by the announced US BRZ pricing, and if Toyota actually costs the same and not like 2k more for no reason then the pricing should look like:

2022 base = 2020 86 GT/ BRZ limited (Sport Tech in canada)
2022 limited/premium = 2020 BRZ TS or Toyota equivalent (TRD edition?)

They did announce GR86 pricing in Canada. Base is 30k. Damn good when you consider US pricing.
