We don't get E85 here in the UK. My car lives on 99RON though so equivalent to decent 93 figures, hence asking about normal pump figures

See here for proper Deatscherks Pump install:

So not having the stock spacer installed causes what? I'm not having any issues with just 2 o-rings and I'm running e85.

Ah ok, well I am fairly certain pump will yield 225, if it doesnt it 100% will on the new 70mm pulley

I'd like to aim for 220/225hp and 180lb.ft at the wheels. Just trying to work out if cat removal is going to be legal here to help get those figures.
I put down 225/192 on my very first E85 dyno, and that tune was quite a bit off target. 225 will not be a problem on E85. I'll have some better E85 number tomorrow.

I would highly recommend reading the link I provided. You may not have a bad seal now but you could later. My car was fine for months and within the past month has been having wierd starting issues and fuel starvation issues while driving.

what he said. either use the stock spacer w/ 2 o-rings, or put on 2 extra o-rings (4 total, NAPA part 2-12093 for 2 of them).

Sorry for jumping in late, is this only for people with the aftermarket fuel pump?

yeah, but even more specifically only for people with the dw 65c. some other pumps use different combinations

I've been keeping quiet on my situation, but now I thought I should say something about the hub issue, as I received a second sc the other day, and it had the same problem. So either I'm the only one that has noticed the issue, or I'm the only one saying anything, or its just a coincidence that the two units I now I have are the only ones with poorly machined hubs. See my build thread for more info.

Anyone else experience issues with the hub on their supercharger? Anyone know how much runout would be ok in this application?

Possibly increased belt wear or the belt coming off the pulley. Perhaps some increased bearing wear on the hub assembly itself due to balance issues. But the question becomes.

Is the .4mm of runout reported by diss7 enough to cause these issues? I don't know.
