Mine doesn't do p0700 because it's manual, but half the time I connect a scan tool to mine it'll pop the U0122, even a dealership techstream made it pop. Clear and ignore.

i would say your right but when they test drive it, these codes immediately kick out so clearing it doesn't exactly work :/

Oh well of course, if they aren't a vestige of someone hooking up a scan tool and they come back then yes, a proper diag is in order

finale update. FIXED. FINALLY. a year and half later it is gone and car feels great other than some vibration in the steering wheel.

so the cable going to the Purge Valve under the intake was shot. The Purge Canister above the rear diff was blowing pressure out the electrical plug so that was bad. After all that was replaced. we are good to go. the other two codes it threw was because the car battery died in idle while they were trying to fix the evap. the voltage just got too low.
