Camshaft question

I'm currently rebuilding my engine after a rocker arm slipped out destroying my engine. The cylinder head that got damaged was the passenger side absolutely not reusable even the cams. I had bought a cylinder head used about a year ago and the person that was supposed to dothe engine work for me was unreliable to checking the part and ended up being the wrong side. The vendor is in the right to not help give me a refund or at least give me the correct side that I had actually ordered.

Anyways, to save money I was planning on using the cams in the used passenger side cylinder head to replace the new driver side cylinder head that I'm planning to construct. My question is that, are the sizes for the cams on the drivers side the same for the passenger so that I can use the cams?

No.
Look at the high pressure fuel pump cam and the vacuum pump pin.

Be careful about mixing and matching parts. I've heard that there are some variations in the heads, rocker arms, and cams from year to year.
