That's the new JDM bra!!!!! OP you need to raise your car to fit 18's so you know. I tried it and had to buy custom springs to raise the car.

I've heard some members picking up old/used wrx rally shocks for cheap, and getting like 2-3" height increase. Should be enough to fit 18's.

Still, might have to cut the fenders a bit.

When you purchase a small, relatively slow Japanese sports car like the Twins/Miata ect, women instinctively know that you are hung like a horse because you are not over compensating. It is common knowledge that Tada San used this ideology first and foremost when designing this car. Increasing the wheel diameter is going to upset the optimal vehicle/penile size ratio that he set out to achieve.
