JDL UEL Header with catalytic converter code

Hey all.

New to the forum here but quite versed in cars. I'm looking to add a 2014-16 brz to the collection. One I'm interested in has a JDL header with a catalytic converter. We pulled 2 codes from the ecu which the owner claims are due to the header. My brief understanding was that only P0420 may happen with a header swap and no tune. Could anyone here confirm:
1) If having these 2 codes due to a header swap is normal? P2270 and P0137
2) My local tuner is familiar with ecutek. Would tuning with ecutek resolve these codes?
Thx.

It is more than likely that the header was installed without a tune. Catted headers don't guarantee a lack of a code showing up. Any sort of tuning software could fix this. Either Tactrix, OFT, or ECUTek.

I'm hoping it is just the header install and my tuner could flash a ecutek tune or I could buy a OFT. However, I'm concerned it may be due to exhaust leak or a faulty rear O2 sensor. I'm hoping to confirm from others experience to see if I need to budget parts asap so I can pass an inspection before registering.
