Personally I'd get this:

Eibach Pro springs - $225
Eibach front and rear sway bars - $300
Kartboy short shifter - $225
Wheels & tires with the rest - $1250

You can always get a used set of wheels & tires, then spend your savings on the OFT.

man... I have heard many good things about the pro kit. that was actually my prior choice instead of the sportline (1.4 drop tends to be 1.6-.7 after it settles?) because I really don't want my shocks to blow out or saggy assss LOL.
then again there are people that have lasted 10k miles. idk.. mixed reviews throw me off.
However, prokits are a +1. hehe.

Anywho thanks for the suggestion

But in all reality, getting rid of that torque dip seems like a good idea. Even if i'm not in the 200whp range. it's all about that butt dyno right?
I suggest going with the headers and oft then since you're saying you want to eliminate that torque dip

Well, here's the result you'll get with each:

Springs: pros: looks better, corners flatter
cons: shocks were matched to stock springs, car will now be oversprung and under-damped. Reduced ride height means you gotta watch out for those low curbs, dips in the road, and all that crap

header/OFT: pros: moar power! If you like it (I don't personally), more pronounced boxer rumble
cons: assuming you're removing both factory cats, your car's gonna stink like shit for anyone who drives behind you. It's gonna be noisy; watch out for cops

wheels/tires: pros: better looking than stock wheels, more grip for faster cornering
cons: car will be less tail-happy (if you enjoy sliding it around), reduced tire life (assuming you go with a high performance summer tire)

Finally a more simplified pros/cons view
Since I'm still on warranty, do you think I should go Header/OFT? someone at a meet said not to touch headers because it can void warranty... of course the ECU tune will void warranty, but never heard about the headers.

Also in my area there are d16 civics running open headers, so I don't think cops will be on me for the header/OFT upgrade(if I go this route).

again thanks for the suggestion

Technically the header/tune wouldn't "void" your warranty, but if you have an engine problem that's the first thing they'll point their finger at. If you have a headlight go out or a window stop working the two are not correlated so they won't flag your warranty based on that. I recommend wheels/tires personally.

I would suggest tracking it first, autocross or an HPDE. It will change your outlook on what mods are important to you. Also, if you mod too much before going to a trackday/autocross you will likely outclass your abilities. Not to mention it's insanely fun to track, even in completely stock form.

However, if you are going to get something. I'd go with either the wheels or a PTuning EL header and tune.
