Well, we now know who that someone is.

Margaret Keenan, 90, is the first patient in the UK to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, administered by nurse May Parsons at University Hospital, Coventry, England, (Jacob King/Pool via AP)

The vaccine can be kept in a refrigerator for up to 5 days before administering. Up to that point it has to be well below freezing for transport. Details are here.

The side effects noted have been aches and fever, basically flu like symptoms similar to some other vaccines but may be more intense, from what I've read..

Well, true, I was going with the whole first in the UK thing, assuming if she was the first it was for everywhere. Guess I wasn't thinking of it in terms of specifically Wales.

Witnessed it this morning on TV.
Apparently it gives one "The Vapors" while being administered.

They should advise keeping a lookout for an uptick in wibble.

1/ Why is it a good question? According to who? It can't be according to you because a/ that would be incredibly biased and b/ you have not posted results from the survey showing the outcome to be "good".
2/ See 1
3/ Your phrasing of the second question is somewhat leading. That is, you are asking "how many side effects" not if there are known side effects.
I would have thought a quick look-up using your favourite search engine would have given you an idea of what to expect regarding side effects.

Allergic reactions to vaccines aren't unusual, particularly if you are known to have allergies.

Heck, I had an allergic reaction to a TB test, which is very, very rare.

It's not all that rare. I test positive for TB (long story) so I can't even get the test. It's just a chest Xray and voila.
