Zero Limit/Moto East Evap FF Kit W/ OFT

Just wondering, for the ZL/ME Evap FF Kit, will I be able to just get the FF tune from Shiv/OFP and use it without any issues? Looking at the way it installs, it seems pretty similar to the OFT version of the FF kit (pulling power and ground from fuse box w/ connection from the EVAP for ethanol reading).

Should work fine
Note oft flex tunes only support pre 2017 cars and only evap connect flex kits

The zero limts kit evap connect should be fine on up to 2016 car

The oft kit uses 0.5-4.5volts signal and zero linits was 0-5v but thats easily rescaled in tune

Jist inform the oft guys you have the different kit

@steve99
Thanks for the info! I do have a 13-16 FRS. I did email OFP/Shiv regarding the OTS FF tune and they said they won't send the tune over for free unless I purchase the kit from them or another authorized vendor which I find to be outrageous. I will email them again to see if I can get the OTS tune again.

Also what should be the values to be used for the rescaling of the tune if I do use the ZM/ME kit?

The evap kit should work just fine, we have had many OFT customers use them over the years, should work for all years.

Would you be able to tell me the ethanol scaling level since the FF kit uses 0-5V vs the FF tune for the OFT FF kit uses 0.5-4.5v?

The sensor outputs are available online, it is a 0-5v signal indicating 0-100% ethanol.
