PLEASE keep us updated! They tried doing the TSB on mine but had trouble flashing my TCM. If this fixed your hard shifting, I'm going to make them try again until they get it to flash.

My dealer and I found that the hard shifting always happens after you've driven the car on the highway for 15+ miles, then put the car into sport mode. Accelerating hard from a dead stop in sport mode is when the hard shifting is the worst.

I had similar, although mileage varied. I usually go back and forth from D to M on the highway (traffic dependent). Changing into M is when hard shifting started accompanied by idle hunt when I park the car.

I really want to give this time before saying anything definitive.
