I'm actually curious to get a suede wrap for my wheel - because I'm not looking to spend for a replacement like the REAL, and because I'd love to try suede material, and a wrap is low risk (if it gets gunked up after a while, just remove it).

(Stock wheel is fine, but got a few scratches really easily that bug me.)

Would also love to thicken the wheel up.

So - has anyone come across options for a wrap that lets you thicken the wheel? And, since I want it to be reversible, I don't want to use the double-sided tape. Any experience with avoiding that?
(I'm surprised that they can't just use a grippy enough substances on the inner part of the wheel to negate the need for the tape.)

To the ones with Real steering wheel, how the shape compares with genuine one? I really like the OEM steering wheel

The REAL is a bit smaller diameter and has a slight D shape at the bottom. Felt really weird the first couple of times I drove after the install. The sides are also pretty hard, I expected a softer feel, my hands get a bit tired after driving for an hour or more.

There are also "bulges" at the 10/2 position and grooves for your thumbs at the 9/3 position. You can really lock into that "racecar" grip at any time.

I'll agree that the D shape felt a bit weird the first time I did any hand over hand steering, but overall I like it better than OEM.
