I finally found a website with weights for these wheels.

According to www.japantune.co.kr/main/8276 ...

BBS RF 504 (17x7.5 +48) weighs 6.8 kg (15.0 lb)
BBS RF 507 (17x7 +48) weights 6.5 kg (14.3 lb)

Those might be slightly conservative specs because this guy posted photos of his RF 504 wheel weighing only 6.6 kg (14.6 lb):

I looked extensively and couldn't find the weights for 18s, but would you really pay 50% more for that size? I think one of the advantages of the BBS RF design is that it looks larger than it is, due to the long slender spokes.

I'm thinking they are around $700~800 (retail) per wheel, but some dealers in Japan are selling them for around $400 per wheel. Not sure on shipping costs.

If you really saw some for $400, please post a link. Even with the weak yen that would be a surprise. And retail on the 18s is definitely 50% higher than the 17s, per the BBS website.

Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping should run $400-500 to the US. On the bright side, it only takes three or four days!

I'll look for one of those links tonight when I get home.

Thanks, but I already saw that one. I thought you had found some closer to $400 each.
