Thought I was going to be driving to work in a K swap this morning but I'm a complete dunce. Before the kit was released I bought flywheel bolts used for Kpower's Miata swaps. When the instructions came out I glanced at the part numbers and they looked so similar I failed to see I have the wrong ones.......
You will need : 90011-PNA-B00 If you are a dunce you ordered : 90011-RDB-000 Hopefully they get here in a day or so. This was a pretty solid gut punch. |

I’ve definitely bought a few parts here and there that were extra or wrong or I changed my mind. That is partially why I have listed them in my build, so others don’t waste as much money with trial and error.

What sucks about this is of all the parts I could have ordered wrong it HAD to be the bolts that hold the ONE part I've been waiting on. I think the only other stuff I've ordered and not really needed was intake/exhaust gaskets. |

They replied saying they need it to be more precise. I’m assuming with digital calipers. I only have a manual caliper, but even then, I don’t have the barb. Oh well.

My battery on the calipers died so was going off manual hash marks and they aren't super accurate. |

I had hoped to spend the weekend driving my car but instead it wouldn’t start due to 3 stuck or dead injectors. I ordered some deatschwerks 550’s and they showed up today.
I’m a little concerned about the fact that the fuel pump would continuously run while the ignition was on the 2nd click though. Has anyone else noticed this? I’ve had race cars that had the fuel pump on a switch and they ran non stop, but this is a 10k swap kit that id expect to behave like a normal car. |

Dang, 3 out of 4? I bought a full 06 TSX donor and had the injectors that came with it cleaned and flow tested locally. For e85 I found some Denso injectors that match the RDX factory specs that I'll swap out soon. Hoping they are legit but research says they should do the trick. Yeah seemed kinda odd that 3 were bad but I did have a lot of trouble getting the injectors out of the oem fuel rail. They were literally glued in with old dried fuel gunk. Was pretty nasty. Took about 20 minutes to get them out, I honestly probably broke them in the process.
I was going to order RDX injectors for $63 each from Acura, But after shipping and having to get the $100 injector harness from kpower it would have been around $380 Or so. I think I paid $371 Shipped for the 550cc DW injectors and that’s with a small adapter to make them work with the stock connector. |

I feel a little less silly now. I have some of the proper bolts being overnighted through OEMacuraparts.com if you are looking for a source. Shipping was only $30 for overnight and I felt well worth the cost to get things bolted together. |

These are the ones I got. I "think" the adapter should work or not even needed but won't know until this evening. https://www.ebay.com/itm/152545036961 Quote:
Kinda thinking on this a bit more and curious what alternative options there are. I plugged my battery in to roll the windows up and fuel started pouring out of the open line. Not used to that at all since the stock pump wasn't constantly on so had to pull the fuel pump fuse. |

Radium 20-0609 has a tolerance of 0.691'' to 0.695'', which is the closest one they have they said. Still a few mm too big.

I’m not positive on exactly what their little mod does. But according to the wiring guy (John at kpower) it is meant to stay on at all times. I don’t agree with that though and will likely figure Out a way to make it work like factory.
