Unfortunately though IIRC I couldn't because registration was like free/automated since my company was a sponsor or whatever. I don't think I really manually put in any info.

Doesn't sound even close to the noise mine made. Sounds more like a rattle of some sort. The TOB is usually an unmistakable whine or squeal.
