STI Lip Kit Discontinued?

Noticed that the Subaru website no longer has the front spoiler as an option in the accessories when building a 2016 model.

Curious indeed.

Weird. Did not show up in my browser when I was building one.

Guess I need to find one that works better with the Subaru website...

i'd just get a good quality replica. there's no way it's worth 500. i paid 60 bucks for my rear oem style "diffuser" and it looks identical, fits perfect, and no one knows the difference. Vs the 685 bucks for OEM one.

Bayson R makes replicates that look the exact same and have perfect fitment for only 60 dollars. The oem lip is just plastic and no were near being worth 500 bucks.

The prices shown on the 2016 configurator have increased.
Used to be 399 for the front lip and 499 for the side.
Not sure if they changed the design or just raised the price.

Pretty sure they just raised the price. IT was only like 350 when I ask local dealer 2 months ago.

350 shipped is the cheapest you can get the lip for these days from heuberger Subaru. My sti lip cracked and I just put an order in for a new one. My car came with the kit and repurchasing a replica lip without the sti badge would bug me knowing the rest of the parts were oem. just me though

STI Anonymous: My name is cwpbrz-ji and I am a STI accessory whore.

Subaru (October 2015) sent me a Twenty Percent (20%) Off Accessories postcard.

Here are the prices of recent items I purchased as seen on my California dealer receipt with 20% off:

E2410CA000 ~ STI Front lip ~ 329.99
E2610CA000 ~ STI Side lip ~ 439.99
E5610CA100 ~ STI Rear lip ~ 294.80
E5610CA000 ~ STI Diffuser ~ 659.12

and despite cost, I am quite happy.

Follow-up will appear on “WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR BRZ TODAY?” when I get around to installing them.

mod on, cwpbrz-ji
