I saw it when I visited a GR Garage in Japan in February. Should've brought back a bottle, hahaha.

Was it the dumbest thing you saw, or are they shameless in general?

TLDR: You can claim aero improvements without including CFD or wind tunnel data. Want the same improvement that this claims? Go out and wax your car.

Honestly I looked at it and was like what the heck, maybe it’s some poorly translated detailing spray. Or at worse, Japanese marketing does tend to exaggerate things like they’re super powered or whatever so I figured it was just an exaggeration of how good a detailer it is lol.

I’d say shameless in general based on personal observation.

Lol I was just joking about this with some 86 CUP in a group chat. This could surely make anybody run sub 2s at Buttonwillow.

It's obviously a bunch of malarky (in Biden voice) but I won't lie.... If I went on a trip to Japan and saw it in a store somewhere, I'd probably buy a bottle, just to have the bottle as a funny little souvenir. If nothing else, it's probably a decent detail spray lol.

The problem is that they are providing "evidence" using a slalom video, but if you watch closely the entry speeds are different. I wouldn't expect any handling difference in such speeds even with a rear wing. Not with this magic formula. I am still amazed how Gazoo managed to promote this kind of product. I consider them a very well respected brand, but this is clearly an unfortunate moment.

it is a subtle difference in technique, but it's there. which is why it's perfect trollbait.

I think you all fail to appreciate the brilliance of this product!
There's a hidden feature! It gives you the power to determine which vendors know what they are talking about and which ones are full of it, simply by searching for the product in their inventory!

exaggerating is one thing, this is so far beyond that. Even if it did managed to actually do something in line with its claims, the effect would be so small as to be not measurable.
