they may turn off when the fog lights are turned on?

also i find it kinda funny that the plastic in the subaru keeps the "T" pattern like the 86/fr-s

We couldn't get the bottom LEDs to come on because we didn't have the engine on inside.

I was in the back of the car for that ride (from the service bays to the front of the dealership). The car is very quiet on the inside (at least from what you would expect for a sports car).
