It's pretty basic science really...
More like pseudo-science. http://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/...fat-study-says Your total calories is really all that matters. This article pretty much nails it https://www.muscleforlife.com/how-insulin-works/ Long story short is use more energy than you take in.

Haha yeah maybe. Sorry I just noticed this.

If you must have just one tire and truly see snow regularly, Nokian WRG-3. It's a different kind of compromise, but is surprisingly responsive in hotter weather. 16 will be a little more comfy at some softness added in response. No free lunch. Best off by far with su!Mmers when you can and a winter targeted tire for snow (where I still recommend the WRG-3 unless you see deep snow regularly)

Back off topic guys!

6 breweries within 5 blocks and I've been to one of them... But a couple of the best arrays on tap just as close. It's weird here.
What time is it? 7:30? Yep. Okay. So, what did i come here for? Oh yeah.

Thanks

I'm gonna have a Chipotle burrito with double meat for lunch. Wait, does this belong in the @Tcoat lunch thread?

I am going to have a large chili and cheese fries for lunch and then sit unmoving for the next 4 hours. Still won't gain weight so all is good in my world.

Your first article is saying that you don't NEED to go low carb to lose fat. I never said that you NEED to cut carbs to lose weight. It doesn't say anything about the fact that carbs are less satiating and it makes it easier to lose weight if you don't feel hungry.

I really feel like you're saying "eat less" and i'm saying "not eating starch or sugar makes it easy to eat less"

Yeah we might be arguing the same thing. I suppose cutting out carbs is a way of eating less.
