Looks like it might be the cluster trim? Part number SU003-01958

before you go replacing it you might be able to do a heat treatment to resurface the plastic. looks to me to be in okay shape

Yes doing a touch up with some scratch repair would do the trick, how would I go about this - Chimera

I've seen it done with a heatgun, I'm no expert, I would research on youtube and google for info regarding trim repair using a heat gun. I know you have to be somewhat careful. But with a heat gun, and some polish afterwards i'm pretty sure that piece is serviceable, that is unless theres something I cant see in the photo.
