Scratch when accelerating and shifting
I keep having this scratching sound when I press the pedal all the way down suddenly or when I shift at a high rpm I read online if could be the heat shields but I have replaced the headers, over pipe, and front pipe and it’s still doing this any ideas ?

I can't sort out that sound you are referring to.
What is the last thing you did to your car before it started making that sound? I'd suggest you start there. |

It’s been doing it for a while since even before I did any modifications but I did my headers last and it hard to catch on video but you can hear it at 4seconds on the video

Can't hear anything. Based on the timing I'm curious if it's the syncro grinding (would not happen if it's just when you press the clutch down suddenly though). For what it's worth, that is not high RPM that you're shifting at. Sounds like about 2700 rpm.
Have you done anything with your transmission/clutch/clutch pedal? Maybe your pedal needs to be adjusted if you've modified this system at all |

Mine has done that since new. It is likely the sound of air quickly entering the intake plenum through an opening throttle. Purse your lips and quickly breath in, makes about the same sound. Don't hyperventilate though...

UPDATE : I've notice it only doesn't do it when the car is cold and it only does it when going into second and third gear anything above that it won't. It does it when I switch gears above 2k rpm.
