Well, don't hurry, retirement ain't all what it's cracked to be. One can get tired of not doing anything one does not want to do.

@ichitaka05 @soundman98

Getting to it. Milled down the switches, Still a tad big to my liking but, I'm out of material to shave off will just have to cheat it as I have no better options ATM. I wanted room to have nice decal labels above each switch. I guess I'll just have to engrave or etch logo's into the toggles themselves.

Also ordered new switches to work with with a smaller footprint on the mounting base. I'm debating how to light them. Ideally the switch would be clear and the light would shine through illuminating them but being billet aluminum that doesn't work. My first thought is to backlight them with a RED micro led when they are flipped on. I could do different color led for on and off but a main concern is light distraction while night driving.

Haha, I've even got a tap set specifically for axle nuts. That was an expensive lesson.

Couldn't get a half shaft in, threaded nut on the end and grabbed a hammer. 3 hour job easily became a day and a half.

I prefer no light... but that vary w ppl. Maybe have a hidden button to turn on & off the light? Kinda like Saab used to do

At what point does it turn into random thoughts part tres, and what ever happened to part 1?

Can't see it well from that angle, but it was leaning badly, and was damaging the deck.

Would depend on the conditions on where they were being driven.

OG didn't even hit 3000 pages. It was locked and deleted as the mods would delete so many posts that the page count and quotes would mess up on the old vbullitin software. Plus we're not entirely sure Ultra can count to 3...

The rotary phone looking dials with elevator style buttons don't count. They are stainless covers over a clear plastic button. I couldn't find any pics if their cars with toggles though.

Indeed. Worst case it'll toggle on with the interior lights and factory dimmer, plenty to do first.

Griffon is taking a bit more than expected, but don’t wanna rush it too much, so work slowly, but surely
