My wife tells people we go "camping" every weekend. As you could tell from the previous picture I posted her idea of roughing it is when the satellite only get's regular definition stations and the ice maker is low on water!

If it’s warm enough we don’t use tents. Toss your bag on the ground. Last time I used a hammock with a bug net. It was luxurious.

The other is my favorite fishing spot but it is a 3+ mile hike with all your gear, the PCT runs right next to it. I have backpacked the area a couple times but it is a lot of work. I only have a couple buddies I can go with to that one and have a good time

That's beautiful. I didn't realize fresh water could be so clear. This was from a few weeks back here.

One of the aftermarket brand that I’m close to has left over 86 goods (hoodies, shoes, tshirt & polos) that willing to sell fair price… in the end, still came out +$500, but it was worth every penny.

I guess that lake is fed primarily from snow runoff that filters through the mountainside which has a lot of volcanic rock so the water ends up very clear. A lot of the high mountain lakes get algae blooms in the summer, this one doesn't for some reason even though it is a bit lower in elevation. Maybe not enough for the algae to feed on.

This lake is a bit higher and is my favorite fishing spot. It gets pretty heavy algae bloom in the summer but the fishing is awesome, biggest brook trout I have ever seen. You just paddle off shore in a raft and trail a wedding ring with a worm. They are pink on the inside and taste awesome grilled. There is usually a bit of snow pack up there even late in the year so we just pack the fish in snow on the way down.

Even Lake Huron has cleared up.

And the multiple 10 foot letters on the road surface, for about 5 miles before the border saying "Canada ONLY move over ya goof", "To stay in US keep right", "Only two more exits to stay in "Murica", "Last chance get off now", "OK you are headed to Canada now EH hoser" weren't a clue.

Went to the track to do amateur track day (my wife’s bday present). It’s simple every lap go back to the pit kinda thing that doesn’t put whole a lot of stress on tires & brakes. After 4 laps, I noticed burnt smell. Wasn’t sure it’s coming from the clutch or brakes, so I told my wife to come into the pit. Pop the hood & no smell was coming. Check the bottom & nothing. Check the brakes & yup… it was overheating. I let it cool lil bit & did test lap to double make sure it’s not the clutch… it was def brake pads was jello & not able to handle it simple track day. Project Mu Type-NS should able to handle these amateur track day, but clearly failed on us. Time to upgrade my wife’s pads & maybe better vented rotors.

They still got few more (few polos, bags & wallets). If you want polos & shirts, I might sell it to you. It’s Japanese XL (US L-ish). I wear US XL, so might not fit me.
