I called Subaru and they couldn't find that number the salesman gave me. But then he reached out yesterday with the VIN # and window sticker!

Same thing is happening to me. I ordered Jan 6th, and I can't get any confirmation, other than a number from the dealer. That number is an internal number for the dealer, and SOA can't find any info on my car.
When did you order, and which dealer did you use?

whelp, mine was supposed to show up yesterday 3/3. Still not there. Looks like I have to wait at least another week...

Big bummer as I got all hyped up after seeing it was on the truck.

Man, that's a bummer. The last few days of the wait are the hardest part of the wait, no doubt.

I just got off the phone with my sales manager who said my car just arrived (so 2 days on the truck). He went over my requests (no wash, no sticker, no front plate) and asked when I wanted to come get it. I'll be headed over first thing tomorrow morning to get it.

It showed up exactly 90 days after I placed my order.

Washed my ST at 7:30 this morning. Drove it 60 miles to Castle Subaru and sold it to them (for an absurd price) and picked up my BRZ. 5.2 miles on the BRZ. 45,772 on the ST.

The car is spectacular and even more than that- the dealer was incredible. I can't say enough good things about them (and I have NEVER had a good relationship with any car dealer).

Today was a good day.

Ordered- December 4th, 2021
Arrived - March 4th 2022
Picked up - March 5th, 2022

Basically 90 days from order to pick up. Not bad.

That was super quick. I'm at the 2 month point, and I still have ZERO information regarding the order! No estimated date, no VAN, no VON, no VIN...nothing!

Nice Focus ST you traded in. Really like it in red. Still have mine (2017 Magnetic Metallic ST2) as my daily driver.

Thanks a lot man. The ST was a great car and actually do miss it already (I thought I wouldn't). 47k and it was as tight as the day I bought it.

Just couldn't resist cashing in on it (they gave me 19.5k for the ST and sold me the BRZ at sticker). What's wild is how easy and comfortable the BRZ is. There was zero learning curve... I test drove the BRZ in December and fell into a rhythm driving it within a mile.

Congratulations on getting your new BRZ! That was quick compared to others. Mine was ordered 25 days after yours and they are still telling me sometime in May.

Yeah. Same here. I got the VIN and window sticker now. But it still won't register on mysubaru.com. The VIN did pop up when I got a quote from my insurance company. So I guess the car is real haha.

I ordered on 11/18/21. From Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ. My family has gotten a couple of Subarus from them, and also friends I sent there. So I got a sick deal on my manual limited. I also reached out to Subaru and got a $500 loyalty coupon. Worth a shot if you've owned other Subarus before, or currently.

Hope you hear something soon!

I'm a former FoST owner, as well. Really was a great car, especially for commuting and running around town - only reason I got rid of it back in 2019 was I was burned out on autocrossing a FWD car and ready for a change.

Whelp. After my car missed the 3/3 ETA I got a call today that its new ETA is 3/11. Apparently even though mysubaru shows it was loaded on a truck on 3/1 it is still at the railhead. No idea why its just camped out there forever... Frustrating that its 20miles away but I cant get it..
