You can fit taller items in the Fit vs the BRZ.

Yeah, plus, I'd think the boxier Fit with the seats down will have more room than the sleeker Mazda 3.

My dad has the 2015 or 2016 Mazda 3 hatch. It's nice but definitely feels cramped in the back seat. The trunk space seems fairly usable and I'm sure he could fold the seats down too, but he never does.

Maybe if used prices go down at all this year I'll take another look for a Fit.

If the whole point of having a second car is to have something for hauling more stuff, or seating more people, I say go big or go home. That's why my other car is a Suburban.

It's a good thing because then you go back in time.

To be fair other than the aftermarket head unit and digital cluster in my BRZ I'd say the same about that lol. Especially with the bright Orange clock.

I used to have a 2015 Fit.

-Amazing fuel economy
-Amazing interior space (its like a mini-minivan)
-Annoyingly laggy touchscreen display (volume was the worst cuprit)
-I had the CVT....reconfirms my hate for CVT transmissions (THE most boring transmission out there)

didn't they offer it in a manual?

the touch screen wouldn't bother me. it'd eject itself from the car as i rounded the first corner in the car.

Yeah. Someone I know has one with a MT and tracks it. Says it's a pretty fun car.

Yeah it was CVT or MT. I opted for the CVT at the time as I thought it'd see more shared use with someone (my then GF) who has no idea how to use an MT.

Turns out...that rarely happened so when it was time to get a second car i opted to get an MT again.
