Drawer to the right of the has my PA quick release splitter mounts and splitter rod clevis. Below that my OBDlink and XGPS160. Next to my desk is my long acre camber gauge and splitter rod material. I just went down stairs to check the thread pitch for the exhaust manifold studs on a long block I have sitting in the warehouse.

I really need one of those check the thread boards they have at hardware stores. If it screws in, you found the right one. If not, keep looking.

I used something similar. Usually I just use my thread file to check the pitch.

Today I learned that Im in the wrong line of work.
My supervisor is a tech geek, and he was trying to show me the new monitors he wants to order for us from this company called Insight. Apparently they supply our company with all the tech.
Samsung UWQHD 3440x1440 32-inch with 75Hz. Costs the company, $400.

To which I replied how an LG Ultragear 32-inch QHD, 165Hz with the same 1440 resolution is about $199 and we should look into those. He replies with “Those are listed for $1600”.

Insane, absolutely insane. I mean, is not my money or problem, but still. That is straight robbery.
