Are my exhaust tips too long?

Today had installed custom made exhaust to my 2021 BRZ. With increased diameter of 60mm.

Mufflers are too close to the rear transmission and can’t go any further in.

It seems to me that tip ends are just too far away. What do you think? Should I cut them some 2cm? Or deeper to cut out all burned out end? Or maybe cut them angled to match rear diffuser?

What do you think?

It really comes down to personal preference. I don't think they are too extreme on length.

If you cut the tips at an angle, it'll look badass. It's ok as-is though

It really comes down to personal preference .

I would have them tucked a bit inside, the body of the backbox is too visible.

Unfortunately not possible as then the muffler will rub rear transmission parts

I’m also afraid that if I’ll cut the tips they will look too short and not like an exhaust tip but like a round peace of sheet welded to the muffler.

I don't know that I'd circumcise those, but yes, they stick out too far. If the top of the tip aligned with the cutout, they'd look great. Can the shop pull back the muffler assembly further towards the front of the car?

Besides the tips being blue, it looks fine.

I like it. I wish mine stuck out a few mm further. You'll know they stick out too far when you burn your leg on a summer day leaning over to get in the trunk.

It's about right for JDM. They made them tuck under for the US market.

Unfortunately no, muffler is too long to go any further in

Thanks for suggestions. If I’ll cut the tip straight at the border where blue color starts, would it be too short for a tip?

Some more photos. I think cutting them right at the edge where blue color ends will be just right. Maybe slightly angled.
