Sound has definitely improved. No more audible tinging sound from outside the car or during normal driving. During WOT the VVT/tinging noise is barley noticeable at 3500-5000 but is definitely not intrusive this time around and is very livable. Drone is basically non existent and the overall-all sound is clean and sporty paired with the 2.5 Perrin and Namless header. Sounds like a street bike on steroids.

As far as the power goes, I'm actually pretty surprised how much quicker the car feels with the Front/Overpipe in vs Stock. Revs are quicker and throttle response is WAY better.

I'm 100% happy with the new design. Worth the wait. I will try to get some vids up in the next couple days.
Sorry to bump an old thread; any luck with the vid?

You can find on Youtube video from Rallysport about Cosworth 1.1 and 1.2 kit (with Nameless frontpipe).

I will try to get one up in the next couple of days, both the 2.5 and the 3' perrin CB sounds really good with the nameless combo.

Very interested in a catted and resonated front/overpipe combo. Gotta find a vendor who has this. Will it hook up to any old aftermarket catback exhaust and header?

I had a clearance issue and it turned out to be flange from the overpipe to the header. It would look ok until I torqued everything down then it would move toward the engine because of the flange. I sent it back to Nameless and they fixed it. It now fits perfectly.

There are LOTS of similar complains and a separate topic on this - use search. This is a flawed product unfortunately. I had to get rid of mine.

I had to RMA both my nameless header and my nameless front pipe for fitmet issues. I still have minor rubbing even after clerancing the new front pipe and getting the latest revision (same as the cosworth) header. At this point I am done taking the header and front pipe off... I have literally done it about 8 times now trying to sort out the various fitment issues. Sucks because the single front / over combo is the best design for power, but makes fitment a royal pain in the ass.

For Cosworth they are using different design. Sort of revised and improved versions. I and many others who got the "early production" pieces were less lucky. I'm not complaining much. Even a good firm can make a mistake - like that story with Raceseng waterpump pulleys. My problem is that I'm located on the opposite side of the globe from Nameless and "guarantee" and "return policy" are unaplicable terms due to transportation costs. I even managed to sell mine for about $100 - a bit of compensation after spending almost $700 + install/reinstall expenses

JDL makes an incredible ultra quiet front pipe and a separate overpipe piece and the fitment is perfect. The difference is that it's a regular resonator and not a helmholtz. Still a very nice piece and no rubbing issues. I was close to going Nameless on the dp/op but I held off because of fitment/rubbing issues.
