What the hell is wrong with being new to building my car? People gotta start somewhere. Nobody was born and majically knew how mod their car. Im on here to learn. So thank you for those who actually put some positive input onto my post. If you want to get on to swing your **** around and bask in your arrogance why dont you go troll some other post. And its almost paid off because im smart with my finances. Parents have nothing to do with it @Mr. Ac

There is nothing at all wrong with building your car and of course you gotta start somewhere. But that somewhere needs to be someplace before "I can't wait to turbo this bad boy". Start with the basics, read how things work, get an actual plan together, do some research on your own and once you can talk intelligently then ask the questions. A real, informed, specific question will a get a real, informed, specific answer. A "I want a turbo what do I do?" will not.

@Tcoat that is why I get on here and ask people who I assume have a much larger knowledge base on this car than I do. Everything I ever do on the car or on my previous cras I learned on youtube. So I was happy to find this forum with people who know more than I do about the car.

Again, we are happy to help.
But... think through your questions before asking it.
"You reap what you sow" is a very appropriate phrase here.

I was too lazy to read the whole thing, so I'll just reply the OP.

Start off reading here: New Member & have question? Read here first!

After that, read here: Turbo kits compilation thread

After deciding to see which TC to get, read here JIC for Option B: Supercharger Kit compilation thread

After reading both, read here for shitz & giggle: Engine Swap Compilation

After seeing how ridiculously expensive engine swap, how 99% of TC are not smog approved &/or how expensive SC is and decided to go with NA built, check here: Basic Bolt on mods intake, exhaust tuning guide

That should answer most of your questions.

Get used to it. I've never understood why some people feel the overwhelming desire to look down their noses, point and scold those who don't perform enough research to satisfy their sense of how or how much research should be conducted. You know, because they're all Supreme Court law clerks or credentialed journalists.

Or why others just have to look down at people at all.

Perhaps they are like the people in the Pink Floyd song-
When they got home at night, their fat and
Psychopathic wives would thrash them
Within inches of their lives- and being superior on a car forum balances out their life.

Regardless, hang in there. As you can see, the percentage of cool people on this forum is much higher than the not so cool, and you'll eventually get all the help you need.

Hahaha, funny but it's true. I am. You are just pointing something out. And good point. I should be more tactful.
