@shiv@vishnu I've just updated the firmware on my OFT, including the template from your website, and it's now added a few extra channels like FLKC.

However, when I select FLKC and hit OK (staying within the max 12 channels) it throws up an Error and I'm unable to proceed to view Realtime and log. But when I de-select FLKC, everything works fine.

We are still working on implementing that channel. Just ignore it for now. I'll make an announcement when it's ready for prime time

I Received my replacement OFT yesterday and went right to work on taking baselines of the stock tune with virtual dyno and took a medium sized log of me building up the IAM to 1 before making some pulls to convert to virtual dyno graphs.

http://datazap.me/u/solidone/stock-b...zoom=7427-8432

What does it mean when FLKC goes from 0 to 100? means its sensing knock? If so, i\stock tune sure does knock a lot.

Here are the Virtual dyno results for Vishnu STG 1 vs Stock tune on a near-stock car (dropin filter and wheels/tires)

Not many surprises in terms of power increase. But Y U so rich, Vishnu???

There were a few updates you may have missed

you need

OFM version 1.07.1 (note the .1)
Let OFT update on latest OFM 1.07.1 to ver 1.26
Download and apply latest template as well

than FLCK should log correctly

but if your IAM drops to less than one, can see plenty fbck over -1 and a couple over -3 as well as the chunks out of your kc learned pretty well confirms its knocking .

ok so heres my run, im wondering what is causeing the hp to flat line at 4700- 5000 rpm?? my cross over to full direct is at 5k idk if that has an effect on the smoothness of the transition... also my car will not stay put in the mid 12 as command shows. the longer i drive it the leaner it goes. this run was about low to mid 13s. wth is with this learning curve????

Whats your LTFT like, If you maf scaling is out and your fuel trims are high in CL it can transition across to OL at WOT and the gap between commanded AFR and actual AFR can be quite wide.

When you first flash all is sweet as trims are reset, then after a week or so if your maf scaling is off your trims will be high and your AFR off .

Could be a lot of other things as well like exhaust gasket leak throwing off O2 sensor readings.

I don't understand tuning OL WOT, we used to program to get the heck out of OL ASAP.

well its 7-4% in CL and -3.91 in mode 2 injection till about 3500-5k then drops too.78 and a/f is faily close. i have rescaled the maf in the higher range not the CL. getting the high pressure pump warranty a few months ago wouldnt throw off injector scaling would it??

Could I get some thoughts on my data log? Greatly appreciate any and all comments

Stage 2 UEL on 94 Octane.

log is here http://datazap.me/u/1cor1023/140428-...0&data=1-11-12

AFR shows rich on WOT, you can see +LTFT (~3.9) at high revs on 2nd and 3rd gear pulls. Another concerning point is the KC going on all over the place causing the IAM to drop to .88 after first 2nd gear pull and then .88 later on in log.

Anything I should be concerned about?

Would appreciate your thoughts if you have a moment @shiv@vishnu

Cheers.

that graph is super hard to read, try not recording for so long, it will be able to read it easier. your AFR seems fine but i can only jump from like 6000 rpm to 7500 with one mm of mouse movement, lol.

heres my map, 3rd through 6th gear. look how long 6th gear is LOL! this tune is rock solid, i love it.

Hey Troek, you can zoom in by dragging from one end of the 'rpm spike' to the other and it'll then be a closeup of the pull.
