It is from The Shining by Stephen King.I remember reading the book as a teenager. There were a few times I remember telling myself it's just a story, a work of fiction but I am going to put the book down for a while.
The movie was a pretty good interpretation. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lQ_MjU4QHw[/ame]

I haven't read it. I haven't read many King novels; nothing I read impressed me as much as The Shining. The exception was his book of four novellas Different Seasons which were not horror stories.

You could build your own 86.
Here's the starter versions: https://www.motor1.com/photo/4850612...rcraft-models/ and here is a more advanced one https://blog.toyota.co.uk/build-your-own-toyota-gt86

I have been chopping up all the piles of scrap wood around my shop, wood shed, and tool shed to burn. I have been burning for three weeks. I am almost out of scrap now. And my buildings are cleaner too! Haven't left my property in almost three weeks now.

I started a new job.. my first day coincidentally fell on the first day of 'lockdown'.. I had to visit the office for my induction and pickup my new laptop etc.. Strange start to hopefully a long career... Or a very short blip like a shooting star.. my employer is a big American company, I'm getting an interesting insight how you guys manage a crisis..

Oh, what kind of insight? Is it the over the top "please don't sue" approach, the underwhelming "you can't sue us for this, our lawyers said so" approach, or the "we totally really care about you, here are some people we pay the listen to your problems so we don't have to" approach? |
