I would look for something similar form MD's AG. OH doesn't specify, so 30 days equals 30 days total. You can't control how many days the service department is open. Seems that it would add confusion. I also don't think anyone needs an attorney if the steps are spelled out unless you aren't getting what you want. Chris |

It's always worth speaking to an Attorney to see what your options are (IMHO)...

I've made a list of 23 cars which has been "fixed" so far. They all share same things. Cam related codes and also ALL cars had new ECU or flashed ECU.
How on earth do i get the message to my workshop that they need to change the friggin ECU and don't bother with the cam things?! They are going by their manuals is all I hear. Quote:

Update: IT's BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!! Got my car "fixed" with about 260 miles on the clock. I've had it back for a couple weeks but yesterday (the same day I went over 1000 miles) the CEL is back on. This f*&^in sucks!!
Well, that's strike 2 for the California Lemon Law. |

What fix did they do on your car? ECU reflash/replace, or hardparts replace, or what? |

Anyway, I just found out yesterday that I am getting a new ECU and that the parts my car has been waiting for (for 3 weeks) are not even going to be installed on the car. |
