I didnt even use it. I made a new one out of some sheet metal i had. Bent, drilled, threaded and painted. Basically i made something that looks like a stretched "z", this allowed me to use the factory hole and the perrin hole. They are about 1.5-2 inches apart. Ididnt like bending and stretching anything, and basically installed it to the avo inlet pipe, and then measured and created a bracket so it held securely, but not put any stress on the avo part.

Sorry, no pics. Next time i am in there working on it, if visible i will take a pic. Nothing special really.

@gdrider looks great keep up the good work. if you feel like hiding the vent lines there is room under the intake for them to hide. that one way we kept the low key look

He means the vent lines going to the catch can to rout them behind the intake manifold instead of going on top of it.

Thats what i thought, i considered running them underneath as well. Might lookinto that next time im under there....Might need to get a bit longer line for one of them.

Made a custom mount for the Perrin intake to better line up with the AVO kit.

Awesome I did something similar. Got the idea from you. I had to hack into it a little more because Robispec radiator being thicker, the bend below the intake to fit it right over the stock radiator does not work with the thicker Robispec.

I am (kind of) If you look in the engine pics, i have both the @GrimmSpeed EBCS and MBC. The EBCS does not work, so using the mbc for now. My tuner as well as another tuner has tried unsuccessfully to get it working. Others on this forum and other places have had no good luck with the EBCS as well from what i have read.

This does not seem to be isolated to just the @GrimmSpeed EBCS but pretty much all of the EBC units.

Most likely will be pulling it out and sticking with the manual. REally dissapointing, as we wanted to get the EBCS working properly, but i just spent about 10 hrs on monday working with my tuner, in his shop, and no luck. He even called ecutek, as well as another popular tuner on this forum (not going to mention name) and no luck.

I was able to get my Perrin CAI to fit with Robispec radiator. I had to remove that plastic "air diverter" thing though. It is definitely a tight squeeze.

Maybe it is because I adjusted the Perrin CAI's mounting point to make it be angled straight instead of looking towards the hood.

My radiator cover tee would not bolt back on.

Hmm, I was told by someone that the EBCS is simple to tune in EcuTek and that anyone considering any option other than an EBCS was an idiot. I guess he was wrong.

Relax! I guess it's more of a personal preference thing. Don't mean to hijack OP thread, but how is the GFB working out for you? It certainly looks interesting. I'm undecided between that and the Grimmspeed/Tactrix EBCS but I will admit as per what that "someone" said, that the idea of an all inclusive set it and forget system is pretty enticing because I have limited knowledge on all matters turbo. Then again, I'm not sure I want to disable my EVAP because I'm worried of long term effects, if any.

To double confirm, does the GFB Ebc clear memory/settings upon battery pull?
