Update; changed the low pressure fuel pump assembly as a whole and kid still popping up. Anyone can direct me where the high pressure fuel pump is?

Here is a diagram that answers your question; you should not use it.

I would highly encourage you to follow Steve99's advice. He's a boss.

Yeah, I'll quote myself. You are on the first step & you probably replaced a good working part for a shittier one. Now do it right and find the problem

You need to get a proper diagnosis done and someone to measure the pressure of low pressure fuel pump.

Maybe remove low pressure fuel pump from tank and check filter is not clogged.
Hell, I didn't see Steve99's post and I'll quote him too.

Diagnosis of this issue will be complex

You need to look at all fhe codes thrown
Log the ecu fueling paramters pi\di ratios, injector opening times afr commanded afr

Our system is more complex thzn most as it runs both port and direct fueling and differnt percentages depending on rpm and load

Unless you understand fuel systems and diagnosis very will you will waste lots of time and money.

Take it to someone who understands brz\86 or a specilist subaru shop

See the link here it has some basic video linked on problem diagnosis, but out car is more complex due teo fuel systems and two pumps. The direct injection system runs at over 10000 psi, not 50 or so psi like the port system.

I don’t know why you’re saying it’s a shittier item I put back his car has less mileage than mine he only bought it to do a 2jz swap. My mechanic is the one who said to start there but I am listening to Steve99 and I told him I’m taking it elsewhere to someone who understands direct injection better

I literally replaced it because I don’t know how to check if it’s clogged.
I put a 2500 mile fuel pump in it...

Good news guys my new guy put my high pressure fuel pump on my fathers car and it started the same symptoms so that’s a clear indication it’s the high pressure fuel pump tomorrow he should complete the swap of the parts and it’ll be the moment of truth I suppose thats good news. To bad a high pressure fuel pump is around 600$ brand new but I think I’m gonna go used.
