Skunk2 EL header & UPGR8 filter re-flash Stg2 result
Hi guys, my first contribution to this foro. I already installed the Skunk2 EL header with customized exhaust system in 2,5" with 1 resonator and 2 muflers. The other basic mod was to replace the OEM filter by the UPGR8 drop-in filter.
Afther that a Stg2 customized re-flash was developed by Chip Racing guys here in Argentina. I would like to share with you my impresion after the final result. First to all the exhaust system final sound with the Skunk2 header is really...really delicius, you can enjoy low noice when you drive 60/80 mph but if you wont to enjoy a racing exhaust sound, the EL Sunk header I believe is one of the best option (I attached a video to apreciate the exhaust sound) On the other hand, the Dyno result before re-flash was pretty good, 209/193 CV (engine/wheel) and after Stg2 re-flash the result was 231/213 CV, nothing bad considering the slight mods performed on the car. My highly recommendation is to put the thermal band around the header, the heat into the engine and around oil case is very high if you not do that. |

Wow, uh weird to see cheval vapeur as a unit of power. I was under the impression that no one uses that anymore as opposed to kW or HP.

Thats sounds really good. Even has a UEL sound to some degree.
