Megan Racing Street vs EZ Street

Hey guys,

I have some cash ($750-900) on hand and I am planning on getting a set of these possibly. I see the EZ Street has rubber inserts for the top side, vs the Street Series has Pillow Ball.

Is there any benefit going with the pillow ball mounts instead of the cheaper set with rubber inserts.

This will be going on a ,so far, non-modified FR-S. Later on I plan to do some Auto-X, but nothing major. Mostly spirited street driving.

Thanks
Dawud

Which setup do you recommend for a mostly daily driven setup?

Even though it is daily driven, I still like the ride to be firm. I thought the pillow ball mounts in the Megan would be nice.

It depends what you want to do in the future, if it is strictly a daily and you just want to lower it, the rubber mounts should be more comfortable, if only doing a few auto-x for fun and you don't plan on being competitive the EZ streets wil suffice.

If you want to be as competitive and just have the best suspension you can currently afford, then the street will be better.

I know this wasn't one of your choices, but I would save just a tiny bit more and get something like the buddy club RSD.

I can do Koni's and a Eibach Pro-Kit in your budget easily, not height adjustable but much better quality dampers.
