Hi all,

Already posted this on the WTB board.

In the market for a set of OEM BRZ wheels.

I'm looking to do a little project with them.

I do not need tires. If TPMS are included, that's a bonus.

The reason that I'm looking for BRZ wheels, and not FRS, is because they will be for a Subaru vehicle and would like to keep the Subaru centercaps.

Looking for the best deal. The lower the price, the better.

I'm in NC but I'm willing to travel a few states over if it is a GOOD deal! (NC, SC, GA, VA, D.C.)

I may be able to help with that. I had a set I wasn't using back at my mom's house in Monroe before I moved out. Can't remember if I sold 'em or not, so I'll need to go check if they're still there.

I'm in the market for a BRZ around the charlotte area. I've checked out a few dealerships online. What is a decent offering price for a Limited in that area out of the door?

I got my BRZ Limited in May 2014 at Folger Subaru as a brand new '13 model that was still on the lot (in the showroom, actually) unsold, and they had marked it down to get rid of it. It has a few extra options above the standard Limited (HomeLink rear-view mirror, trunk liner, etc.). It was $26k and change before tax, title, and whatnot; about $28k after. So you're probably looking around the $28-30k range out the door, unless you can find a deal.

Hendrick in Charlotte is a great dealership. However, they don't have any Subaru dealerships under their branch. If you are looking at an FRS (or the 2016 86), I would recommend you look at Hendrick. They usually give you an unlimited power train warranty.

Yeah, I am finding that a lot of dealers are looking for 27.5-29 for out of the door. I am unsure if I want to wait until the end of the year. I guess I would like just a base limited model. I don't really care for the popular options.

I would rather have a BRZ than a FRS. Even though they are twins. Kind of finky I suppose.

@BDKane01 Check with Randy Marion in Mooresville, they have two that have been on the lot for awhile. I dealt with Colby.

Thanks for the tip. I did actually check that dealership out online. I believe I will wait until towards the end of the year to get a better deal before next gen is released.

It seems like all the higher rated dealers are out that way instead of wilmington-jacksonvile etc

@Gunman I went to this like you suggested and drove a white 16 BRZ limited.

I test drove it for abit with one of the sales dudes. It started making rattling noises at the end of it.

They rejected my offer after that and I left with my check in my rental.
