It took me and a relative about a week, mostly because it was our first ever turbocharger. Install was quite difficult for us but we got it

Mmm... that is a pretty sweet package deal right there. Would be nice if existing buyers could get a discounted rate on that breather tank set up mmmmmmm AVO?

The brake booster line is larger than the BOV line so makes for a harder to find T fitting. I can't remember the sizes but I think the BOV hose was 6mm and the brake booster slightly bigger. I ended up buying a T fitting that you could screw in different fittings and bought the fittings for the size I needed. I'm at work now but I'll try and post a picture when I get home.

what size crush washers did you need?

I just used the stock washer from that spot, and added the crush washer, and it worked beautifully!

Also, does anyone have the avo street breather tank AND a Mishimoto oil cooler? The part that replaces the oil cap won't thread on because it's hitting the sandwich plate. Thoughts on a remedy?

Turbo is in and running great! Some things I over looked durring install, I put the intercooler on backwards. The smaller opening is the inlet... hence a boost leak when I was done. there is a small L shaped pipe under the intake, make sure that doesn't come off when removing the water hose. if it does, you might have to take the intake off to get to it (I had to but that might just be to find where it was). the last thing was the piping for the oil catch can. one line runs to a "T" coupler. one end goes from the can to an upgraded PCV and the other goes to the back of your intake and has a one was valve (preventing oil going into your intake). the second line goes to your inlet pipe. it is coupled with another pipe to make it long enough. and the last goes to the origional tube that was connected to the intake. I also had to make a connection into the brake master cylinder vacume line with home made connector because it didn't come with one. I hope this helps someone.

I'm soon replacing the AVO breather tank with a Radium Dual Can setup and need the knowledge of someone smarter than I am before proceeding with the install.

The block fitting that is supplied with the AVO kit - Is this the PCV valve or simply a fitting?
The AVO valve that is inserted into the PCV hose - Is thiis the PCV valve or a check valve for one directional airflow?
Should I reinstall the stock PCV Valve before installing the Radium kit?
What is the ID of the AVO hose connected to the AVO block fitting?

Many thanks!

The block fitting was just a fitting the PCV valve was seperate (My fitting didn't fit and i had to source an alternative)

I believe that's the PCV valve.

If your turbo I'd keep the AVO PCV it got upgraded for Turbo pressures.

Didn't use the AVO fitting to I can't say on last one.

Thanks man! I was thinking I would just reinstall the stock PCV valve and use a check valve between the manifold and catch can to stop from pressurising the crank case.

So flow would go like this:
Crank Case -> stock PCV valve -> Catch can -> Check valve -> manifold

Will this work? Remember, I'll have another catch can for the breather hose.

I finally sorted out a fuel issue that was hanging over my head last year, so I put my car on the dyno to see what kind of power it's making. I ended up running 305whp at 13psi

I also ran 285whp on wastegate pressure 10psi with the full Avo 3" catless exhaust into a Perrin 3" non resonated

For reference, the other line on the chart was from last spring. 10psi (Before the fuel issues) but with the standard 2.5" exhaust setup. Obviously there could be some discrepancies in ambient temp etc, but there are definitely benefits to opening up the exhaust from the downpipe back
