I only went with this one since I already had a compatible keyboard.

There's a few other options out there that come out slightly cheaper depending on the KB&M setup you go with.

Very pricey. I'll browse amazon and see what's up. Though I just bought a computer desk off amazon for 68 bucks that was regularly 178, I guess I won't really need that all too often.

Am I the only PC gamer in the world who enjoys using a controller for a lot of games? Need to get used to the keyboard, I guess after 20 or so years of consoles.

By the way, @humfrz, remember when you told me to get a mousepad? Well, I got one.

I am the opposite and can't use a controller to save my life. It has been decades since I played a console game.

I tried SO hard with the Witcher, but I played it first on my Xbox one, so was used to the menus and stuff being a certain way, with one button leading to a submenu to control different things. The keyboard has a key for every single function and I just couldn't do it.

I have the opposite problem, cannot stand/tolerate/succeed with controllers because I've used keyboard or keyboard/mouse since the Apple II/IBM PC days.

I have controllers I use with games like MAME, and have flight controls for flight sim, but for most games you just can't beat keyboard/mouse in my opinion.

I like keyboard and mouse for first person shooter games, but it's still a bit clumsy and awkward for me. I might give BF1 and Dirt Bomb a shot with a controller just to see if I can stay somewhat competitive and be able to lounge on the couch, but I doubt that very much.

Also, managed to get a stable, OC on my CPU, though it's very moderate. Have a CM Hyper 212 EVO being delivered tomorrow, so I'll amp it up a bit. Even with my moderate OC, I've noticed improved frame rates on the games I play. Have a good mixture of graphics and performance for W3 on 1440p and for BF1, medium 1440p runs like a dream.

A lot of people only use controllers for flight Sims. Using it for anything else is really defeating half the purpose of a PC and putting yourself at a disadvantage competitively

For the most part, I don't play many multiplayer games these days, just don't have time to play enough to be competitive.
My problem with For Honor (also played the beta) is the P2P matchmaking. If they want it to be a competitive game, they need dedicated servers. Good looking game, though.

I played the Ghost Recon Wildlands beta over the weekend, and I'm somewhat curious about what the final product will look like. It's got some real problems, but there's some fun stuff in there.

Games like Witcher are definitely better with controller, even if you're used to keyboard.

Tried hard to get into For Honour but i was absolutely god awful at it. Great premise for a game, however I'd need for it to be way simplified.

I cant play using a keyboard to save my life. I never spent much time practicing but it just feel so wierd. Get frustrated enough where its not worth practicing to get better

I use controller for the games that were ported from console to PC (my weeaboo games mostly).

Other games, keyboard and mouse.

@Cole, I agree on the PvP matching and the need for dedicated servers. I was hoping the PvP matching would be better in live, and they were just trying to make sure you weren't waiting around for hours (OK, minutes) for an appropriate match. For the most part though I played it against known combatants (family) so that wasn't much of an issue for me.

So, did they "correct" the spelling for non-US versions? I mean, the name of the game is actually "For Honor".
