How the h*** do I launch my auto

tried power braking, with traction button held down for 3 secs to turn everything off etc. traction control would turn self back on sometimes, sport mode id have off aka light not on etc... also i have oft, and I'm wondering do i have launch control? does it have to be in pedal dance mode to use it? and also do i have to have oft on me aka in car to use launch control if i have it?
in theory i could rev up in neutral drop into auto but that is really bad for transmission right
i am prepared to be torn a new but hole for asking these questions i know I'm an idiot and need to die, but first can you at least give me a good answer lol

You're not the first person to have this issue. You can't power brake because Toyota wants to avoid any more un intended acceleration lawsuits. I found a couple threads on it, but make sure to ignore the sarcasm in favor of the actual info.

I was told to hold the traction control down for 10 seconds by my dealer. I'm tuned, full Perrin header back exhaust with Dunlop ZII star spec. I'll hold brake, build Revs to 2400 rpm, limit of stall converter, let up a bit on the brake, my wheels spin and I let off the brake and away I go. This is at an autocross.

In the original Mad Max, they used an actual rocket to launch the Night Rider's Holden Monaro. The car ended up going in an unexpected direction and nearly killing some people on the production crew. Probably not a good idea, but it was one heck of a launch.

Ignore the peanut gallery. You got it for a reason like I did. Enjoy it.
You can add a higher stall convertor. That'll launch quicker. $$$. Also add a stage 1 or 2 valve body. Gives you near on DCT feel. The best bang for the is a 4.55 or so rear end. Myles at RCE had one installed on his shop car. That will let you launch.
Never drop it into gear from neutral. Never.
I had a guy once who bad mouthed the auto because it wouldn't let him blow up his motor/trany when he wanted too. Check the forums for MT problems as compared to AT problems. Interesting stuff 'A'
