DeliciousTuning: yes, please be more clear, if that will also include OFT tune. (or at very least if you can sell/provide on request list of needed changes that should be done over stock values so that user, that bought OTS tune, can apply changes himself, even if you don't provide direct firmware image for OFT). For several reasons i'd wish to go OFT route, so i'd really love to be able to purchase OTS tune (or tuning info applicable) for Ace's header. I have nothing against paying for your work, but would prefer OFT i can tinker with myself instead of locked Ecutek tune.

Yah but this thread is about OFT, not EcuTek - so I was interested in clarifying if they now support both. That would be excellent!

Check out some of the threads started by steve99 and kodename47 in this subforum. They have a lot of great information to tweaking your OTS maps, and there is even a thread with VVT tables tailored towards the ACE header.

cool thanks for all the info. I can't understand why the ECUtec snobs think that there tune is way better. all I was asking was if I used the stage2 EL header tune could I drive it for a bit till I get a custom tune or fixed it myself. yea maybe its a few hp's off DeliciousTune but I can see if its safe and make adjustments accordingly. oh yea and I don't have to spend 300 for a dongle and 300 for a Licence then 300 plus for a tune that I can't see or spend 195 for Shiv to make me a custom tune. Hummm which one will I chose. talk to ya later steve.

The tune we just finished is for EcuTeK only. I do know that OFT is the topic but EcuTeK was brought up by the second poster and we were just commenting in respect to the EcuTeK version.

We did make some additional gains over our standard Stage 2 Tune with the ACE header and a completely stock front pipe back. We are waiting for the front pipe to shop up from ACE and we will be testing that next. For this setup it definitely the most powerful headers we have tuned.

Cheers,
William Knose

I have no doubts on your tuning, Delicious is defiantly one of the best. But when you live in Noweresville,TN it would cost me a grand for your tune.

I live outside Dallas Texas. Big money, fast cars, many performance shop options. William and his crew have put much time (read developmental cost into the ACE header system). As I sit here sipping on good Tennessee whisky I find their Ecutech pricing in line with other offerings. These other offerings do not include ACE specific experience.

Take a guess where I'm taking my ACE Type A 350 tune business.

Cheers
