The Borla headers will make it much louder.

I have a catless front pipe/catted EL headers/overpipe/q300 and cold starts are ridiculously loud, under normal driving it's okay, but when I accelerate, you can hear it from the inside. It's not loud or annoying, but can be heard by everyone, if that makes sense

I would imagine it will make it louder. I was just surprised at how quiet it was when I installed my catless front pipe...

I have this exact setup, except my front pipe has a resonator. I like it... its throaty, but quiet enough that it doesn't attract unwanted attention. The tips of the Q300 look stock-ish but fit the rear end of the car perfectly.

Admittedly, the car is quiet. Sounds great in the car with the sound tube plugged. From the outside, it has a growl under WOT. The cold start high-idle sounds amazing.

Here's a video of JUST the cat-back (no front pipe yet). This was the first startup after the install. Ignore the fluttering noise. It went away within the first day.
