Been a long time since I last posted, but I’ve been an active lurker for years. After 7.5 years of ownership and 131,000 miles, I sold my 2015 BRZ today. Really appreciate the great community here and the many extremely helpful DIY guides!

May have just ruined the handling! But seriously, now no worries if the car sits for a couple of weeks.

Just dropped the Berz off at the shop to have a Jackson Racing dual radiator/oil cooler installed and an IRP short shifter. The Forester XT wasn’t too helpful with the Edelbrock SC. Not crazy temps but still over 210*f with any hard driving. It would be fine for NA.
Really excited to try the IRP shifter. It’s the V3, but I understand they are still prone to rattle. Other than the noise, I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews.

It’s mostly prep for Spring/Summer when I was hitting 225 in traffic on the highway. The cooler is thermostatic, so should be on an “as needed” basis.

Today went and made sure my trickle charger was doing the job in the garage. Spring is coming and snow going away soon.

That has become my routine as well every time I need to pull out the snow blower. Im always relieved the BRZ is still there as well. Give it a little nudge to see the brakes are not seized with rust. March 15 is when winter tires are no longer compulsory round my parts. |

The Jackson racing dual radiator/oil cooler is great also. I was hooning a bit on the backroads and couldn’t break 200*f. Previously it would be around 215 with the forester OEM oil regulator. All in all, do not feel like I wasted money.

Mine is only really bad at high RPM in 4th gear, like over 5k to redline. Everywhere else it is not too bad. Usually it is high in the RPM's is where it is most noticeable.

Yeah I have no issues cruising. My exhaust is pumping the tunes under load. And I’m not one of those dudes that says “just turn up the radio, bro.” This is my baby and I want it to be authentic.
