No turning back now.

I started with the Nameless muffler-less axle back when I did my 3 inch exhaust. I liked the sound but for early mornings and and long trips it was a little much. I replaced it with the muffler version and it sounds good but want the sound of the muffler-less at times. I decided to marry the 2 together and made the jump today. There is no going back now.

I have this axleback and had to revert to the OEM because it was too loud. (it's still loud)

I have their 2.5 over/front pipe and 3" catback currently minus the axleback.

What is the muffler version?

I like the way the Nameless looked and would like to put it back but have it not be so loud.

I did not see any marking on the mufflers so I am not sure. I do have a turbo in the way so that quiets it down a lot. Without turbo and cats the muffler version would be loud. I could not image no turbo/cats/mufflers on this car.

Was able to get everything fit and tacked together. Now take it and have a professional welder finish it out.

Cool project. I've been wanting to do something similar. Let us know how it turns out!

Edit: what cutout are you using? Qtp?

I should have said I put the oem axleback in, I can't imagine how bad it would be open.

Finished up the electrical today. Still working on final welding. After that it is just a matter of reinstallation. I really wanted to put the switch in the dead switch between traction control and track buttons but could not find a momentary DPDT switch that would fit.

Cool project.

Is the sound output skewed to one side noticeably in either mode?

Build another using the mirror side you cut up and sell it

Not skewed at all.

I am putting the pieces up here locally but the time and money to make it right, I doubt someone would want to pay me that much.
