Beat-sonic JDM shark fin antenna install.
I went through and put on my beat-sonic shark fin antenna yesterday at lunch. It took me all of about 3 minutes.
You basically just unscrew the rc antenna from the base, attach the brass ring at the end of the wire in the shark fin using the supplied bolt. Then take of the backing from the tape and stick it on. The reception is just as good as the OEM if not better. Just make sure you line it up good before you stick it down because the tape is pretty strong. For $115 I think it looks like it should have come that way from the factory. The paint was a perfect match too.      There are more pics and info on my blog at www.jadecrew.com. |

Ah ok, that's why I said either way lol. I love the way they look, I had to wait a bit for mine since they shipped it off to get custom WRB but it was worth it

I tried following the instructions. Checked it in the bin and pushed the back end against the aerial in the car and brute alignment set it up
