Well see that is the trick here. Everybody looks at the actions and want to assign them to a nice simple and usually wrong condition. There are literally hundreds of behavioural, psychological and even medical conditions that could result in the actions. The resulting action is a symptom not a cause so without knowing everything about it diagnosing the actual problem is impossible.
