So I think he's saying the lights flash and horn beeps but the doors don't actually lock?

OP, do the doors lock when you use the door lock/unlock button in the car?

If not just start tracing the circuit. Start with the fuses.

Or sell the car cheap to me haha

Clearly not an open and shut case.. I don't understand why the OP doesn't go back to the dealer...

It's a salvage title/rebuilt title car. Dealerships will work on it but it won't be under any warranty.

I'm not sure if the car is even fixed yet, he may just be trying to fix this while rebuilding it.

I am confused.

It doesn’t make locking noises with key or from door.
It makes beeping noises when I use the key fob to lock but doesn’t lock

What made it a "salvage"? How bad or good was it?

Trace. The. Circuit.

You'll find the cause that way.

Okay. Could it be an issue with the ECU? As the airbags were deployed perhaps they triggered something in the brains department ie unlocking the the doors.

The question was, is the noise from in the door?
Is the noise (if there is one) from both doors?
You have established that the fob communicates with the car.
You have not established that the hard wired switch in the door or the key switch will communicate.
Some where between the door and the computer or the computer to the door is a communication problem.
Broken wire, fuse, plug.
