See, I thought the same thing. Mind pointing me to where you see in the official changes that say its come to NA?

Worst case just buy the Yellow car on page 113.

That document will most likely get updated as they finalize the performance package for release later in the year.

I can't get the PDF to load up here, but has anybody seen the available colors for 2017? Do all the existing ones carryover with the addition of yellow?

I took a look at that document again and it looks like it does only specify the Brembos and Sachs as Japan market for now, other than the Series Yellow. However, if the official Subaru USA web site is saying there will be a performance package coming, then there should be a performance package coming - just not right now.

No colour codes in the document. The Yellow special edition is specifically called out though.

Not for the BRZ, but for the 86 in North America these are the colours:

61K - Asphalt / Dark Grey Metallic
H8R - Hot Lava / Orange Metallic
D4S - Raven / Crystal Black Silica
G1U - Steel / Ice Silver Metallic
K1X - Halo / Crystal White Pearl
K3X - Oceanic / Lapis Blue Pearl
M7Y - Ablaze / Pure Red

Doesn't look like there are any new colours on the Toyota side. Not sure what Subaru is planning.

They've always had them as an option...

I'd have done the conversion by now if I knew what to do about the wiring.

Sometimes I wish they would just give us North Americans the EU spec car, a little better equipped but then we are viewed as cheapos and could never afford what they pay.

I think Ford is bucking this trend tho like the new Focus.
